The Mierisch family, with more than 100 years of experience in coffee cultivation, are the guardians of this beautiful farm. This family farm specializes in shade-grown coffee and has won the “Cup of Excellence” award on multiple occasions.
Its 100% Arabica coffee is low in acidity and especially creamy. Its flavor is characterized by notes of stone fruits, sugar cane and apple, with a touch of orange peel and passion fruit. There is even a subtle hint of rum in this exceptional coffee.
