Delicious option for those who prefer to enjoy their specialty coffee without the jolt of caffeine. Produced by a farmer cooperative, this single-origin Arabica coffee is decaffeinated with special gentleness through the CO² process, without the use of chemical additives. Thanks to this gentle process, the aromas are almost completely preserved and the caffeine is reduced to a minimum of 0.01%.
It was a great pleasure for us to discover this extremely tasty and aromatic coffee from the fastest growing regions of Peru. A full-bodied, dark roast decaffeinated coffee with a harmonious taste, characterized by an intense aroma with tones of sweet nuts and a marked chocolate nuance in the cup. Our beans can be prepared as espresso or filter coffee.
