Star Coffee. Café Colombia Finca Manuela is grown at an altitude of 1,960 meters in the region of Aranzazu, Department of Caldas, Colombia. Fernando Gomey Chica, at the helm of the farm, has been in charge of the daily management of the farm for 20 years; from the harvesting to the processing of the coffee.
