A bean ripened in an ideal tropical climate, from the Blawan plantations on the slopes of the Ijen volcano. Between 1200 and 1600 meters above sea level in an impressive mountain forest region where several varieties of Arabica are cultivated with very low yields per hectare.
Java coffee is characterized by a strong-bodied and spicy taste, but very little acid. Very harmonious coffee, underlined by aromas of orange blossom, cocoa and tobacco with fine nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg. Very pleasant, long-lasting and sweet aftertaste.
