When we talk about Peruvian coffees, we talk about Finca Negrisa. A traditional, self-sufficient farm, where each step in the coffee processing chain takes place on the plantation. And it is precisely the quality of the coffee processing chain that has made the farm known far beyond the borders of Peru.
This coffee, grown on an extensive plantation between the villages of Villa Rica and Pichanaki at an altitude of between 1400 and 1800 meters, was awarded 84 points on the SCA scale, and is certified as organic and fair trade.
Being an Arabica coffee, it offers a more noble flavor, with acidic notes but without the bitterness that characterizes Robusta. In this exceptional coffee, you will find marked notes of milk chocolate and hazelnuts.
