The beans are processed using a special treatment method; monsoon rain softens the pulp, separating it from the coffee bean and giving it a unique flavor and unmistakable taste. Dark chocolate, peanut and hazelnut flavors are tuned with a bitter aftertaste. Robust-bodied coffee, dense in the cup.
Low acidity, practically neutral, due to the monsoon process. Each cup is a reminder of the wonder that happens in the rain and wind.
